When do you follow the rules, and when do you break them?

When it feels authentic and true. When you know you won't have that ache in the pit of your stomach when you go to sleep that night. When you know you'll rest better, feel better and be better, regardless of the outcome. Then, you should continue to follow the rules - or break them.
